TLC Legal Nurse
Consulting,
LLC.
-
Healthcare is a complex system with very strict regulations in place, which means attorneys won’t always have sufficient knowledge about medical protocols when handling a medical malpractice lawsuit or similar case involving a healthcare provider. Legal nurse consultants are registered nurses that provide invaluable consultation and expertise to attorneys about medical issues. With strong roots in clinical nursing practice, LNCs apply the nursing process to evaluating relevant, complex information in legal cases.
We are your Medical Legal Allies, navigating attorneys and clients, through technical medical complexities.
We help bridge the gap between the medical and legal worlds.
We strive to help attorneys comprehend the intricacies of medical procedures and practices. We clarify the correlations between medical errors and death. We are Passionate about helping attorneys, with our expertise, to provide depth and authority to solidify legal cases.
We provide medical (Consulting expert only) and nursing opinions as experts on health, illness, injury and the inner workings of a healthcare system. We uphold the standards of care by identifying meritorious cases and communicating deviations from recognized standards resulting in the improved quality of care.
